Cynthia L. Henson is the lead consultant of Henson Consulting Group and is a dynamic leader with experience in designing and implementing collaborative and innovative systems to quickly achieve results within organizations.

Ms. Henson brings strong knowledge in developing and executing plans, motivating and directing executive and management teams of employees, suppliers, clients and community citizens across diverse ethnic cultures to achieve stated goals. She also brings 25 years experience within the aerospace and defense business, local government agencies and non-profits as a business executive and an independent consultant.

Ms. Henson is frequently hired to turn-around troubled organizations and projects to bring back financial stability, strengthen teamwork and set clear direction.

Dr. Mark Weaver has experience as an entrepreneur, the founder/director of a non-profit organization, a clinical and organizational psychologist, and has gained over 14 years of consulting experience helping hundreds of companies nationally.

The learned expertise Mark brings to business clients is the effective integration of strategic focus, leadership, communication, and performance management to achieve measurable business outcomes. He brings special expertise in the application of narrative development and digital media to organizational development.
